Yeah, there are a ton, often less blatant than this one with skype names like "ghlbly79" "qhibly79" and so on. Always verify through other channels if you really want to use skype.
My skype account even got hacked once: it should be pretty secured now but I don't trust their security much after that, so ALWAYS verify it's really me through multiple other channels
