[EDIT] I get now that you meant my trust rating means 0: trust ratings mean what people choose them to mean Wink it's less risky to do this kind of transaction with me than with a new member with 0 feedbacks, that's for sure: very unlikely I'll ruin my reputation to scam some $, counterproductive.
That said, your choice.

No, he means your Trust rating is zero.  Unfortunately, it appears that only sock puppets have been leaving feedback for you.

Just goes to show you should give some Newbies the benefit of the doubt.

what happened?

Don't know - on vacation perhaps?  (Probably should have locked the thread, but I digress...)

*Edit*

This might give a clue...

Might or might not.
Was attacked through a vicious hack (almost every account he has was hacked - through SMS recovery).
Recovered everything back.
Then like a week later, he just disappeared, although I can confirm that he didn't steal anyone's funds, because I sent him some more money, after he decided to go offline, he refunded me the full amount and told me told stop sending "for the time being" any more funds because of some "problems with business".

Out of the blue you sent $ 200 via PayPal without making any arrangements first?

Since I wrote the above, I actually spoke to ghibly79 via PM and they are going to be offline for a while.

I don't mean to sound harsh, I'm just astonished that you would do such a thing.

The last time I received a pm was 30 August 2016, 21:54:43 and they indicated they would be offline for a while, without anytime frame.

Both myself and dominiclloyd0 on the 13th of August commented in this thread that ghibly79 is away (and their OP was last edited on the 27th of June 2016 at 16:42;49 so it's not as if you could call it a scam - far from it...  You've made a blunder and you may have to wait a while.

Can you please post the transaction ID for your PayPal transaction please?

I'm back online. Issue with Gameristo has been solved. My hiatus is not due to another hack: security of this account is very thight after the last (and only) episode.

I have to stop my exchanging service for the time being due to some unfortunate legal issues arised because of some of my customers (I'm not involved but getting things sorted with law enforcers takes plenty of time, expecially in Italy).

It's always good to know who to stay away from while exchanging bitcoin.

They weren't users of this forum. A bunch of customers of mine involved in illicit activities,  pretending to be legit businessmen with me, of course, who sold me bitcoins over a period.
Some got busted and I got the inquiry hammer too.

So you were buying their bitcoin and paying them fiat?
Now, authorities think that you were involved in fraud by encasing their bitcoin?

Were these users from localbitcoins?

Exactly. But it's not fraud, they were involved in worse stuff.
Not localbitcoins, they contacted me directly by reputation.
