Would you be creating something similar to blockchain.info, where the site only keeps the wallets in an encrypted form? Otherwise unless you are very security-conscious, you can have the users' funds insured, and you're making use of multisig addresses, don't waste your and your users' time and health.

It isnt the only wallet to be trusted. I like/trust coinbase more.

You will be the primary target for hackers and will most likely end up just like inputs. You would have to spend months making sure there is no way through and it wouldnt  be that user friendly.
