So you post for a loan but didnt even bother stating what collateral youre offering? You would need valid collateral (read https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=577765.0) that is 120% of what youre asking that can be secured and be easy to liquidate in the event of a default. If you do not have valid collateral, you might as well lock this thread.

sorry, I did not know about it. I do not have such a collateral . I'm doing two projects on which to actually earn this money in two months to get them back. But I do not have money for advertising and there is no money for circulation on the purchase of the sale of crypto currency on my site crypto.kg

If you dont have a collateral then close this thread or risk getting a negative trust from DT. Try going to a bank and asking them do charity for you for 18000 USD and see what they give you other than a punch on your face.
