Mining Domains seeking help in developing/constructing

I am not web developer nor am I a HTML guru.  However, I did purchase the following sites several months ago with the ambition of partnering up with someone and developing a site or forum where we can contribute to mining while making money off of adverts and paid clicks/traffic.  I just wanted to put a "feeler" out, and see if anyone would be interested in assisting and becoming a percentage partner.  if you are interested PM me, or leave me a message on within this posting. let me know which of these domains would be best to start with (if any...or are they all duds ?) .  thanks for your time and input

I think you mean "purchased the following domains" rather than "sites"

Resale value of the domains? Probably nothing. .com domains don't sell compared with the good old days I'm afraid. People use .io instead

good catch.  I meant I just purchased the domain itself.  no site developed yet, but that's what I would like to do.

I would prefer that instead of partnership with someone, invest few money, get web sites developed, and run by your own. Because partners, are always pain in the hell. If you are looking to make money, you need to invest money, that is simple.

But if you want to get the websites developed at lowest rates, you can hit me up by pm. I can do it.

So you get a domain, than you expect someone to come in. develope, run and make a profit which they give to you...

Why would said person not simply register their own domain? Your asking for a profit for spending $10.99 on godaddy..

I think it was maddog ?  I simply googled cheap domain registration...and it came up.  I am pretty sure they milk you once the year is up and it's time to renew though.  I purchased a handful speculating to see which name was the catchiest...hence the "feeler" I put out to get input.

Yep, that's right. Nobody in the domain biz allows renewals for 0.99, just the odd "new registration special".
