Protoshares building on Mac OS X

Lots of people have been having issues building from here:

I gave it a crack and have things building within this repository:
https://github.com/ppearcy/ptsminer

I made updates that are likely Mac OS X specific. I will request they get merged into the mainline, but for now, here you go and enjoy!
