Can anyone direct me to a bunch of "Must-Reads" so I start my intensive research? So much information around, I don't know what is good/bad and where to start...

There are a few good reasons to have rules for newbies, one is clutter, we could all come in and join and ask a hundred questions on boards that people actually use daily and treat the forum more like a facebook account which would make it hard for others (or annoying) to search for threads they have interest in, welcome to the forum hope you find it useful!

Ummm Hmmmm,
read all the sticky post's for a start, jump out and read post's where older accounts post more often in, like economics maybe, read the doge post's if you want a good laugh  target the info you would like to research by using the search bar, welcome!
