Developers, upon the release of the TLR-fork, plan to burn the lost 800 thousand coins of premain. This idea was ambiguously received by the TALER community, and at the moment a referendum is being held (which is organized in the discord https://discordapp.com). The following options for resolving this issue are put to the vote:
a: "Leave as is".
in: "Destroy only lost coins."
c: "Destroy all the remaining coins of the prema."
d: "To destroy the lost coins, but to freeze the rest by parts for different periods."

GUIDE FOR QUICK SETTING AND STARTING MINER ON THE POOL https://pool.taler.club/

Sequence of user actions:
1.Download the Miner Installer archive file from one of the TALER-sites. For example, from here https://talercoin.by/majnit-tlr/

2.Unzip the Miner Installer Archive.

3.Run the installer and wait for it to complete.

4.In the installation directory of the miner, find the executable file with the extension * .bat

5.Above the executable file, select the "Edit" item of the context pop-up menu (use the right mouse button to bring up the menu, and use the left key to select the menu item).

6.The executable file will be opened in a text editor (Notepad).

7.In the connection line of the miner, specify the name of the pool, the port number and the address of your wallet.
