User Copying Translation Portfolio of others - Serial Offender probably

I am a Hindi translator who participates in Translation Bounty Campaign here on the forum.
My portfolio can be seen here and I can be verified on the respective project boards as their official Hindi translator.

Few days back while browsing bounties, I saw another Hindi translator with username mustafa.k786. Out of curiosity, I saw the portfolio submitted by him in public spreadsheet of a project I was interested in and to my horror, this guy exactly copied my Gdrive into his and was claiming that work for getting into translation bounty.

For reference, Portfolio of mustafa.k786 is here. In below screenshots, he could be seen posting his said portfolio (actually grafted!!) for claiming spot for translations. To my amusement, he did not even care to remove my BTT username from filenames which I use while submitting translations.  

To warn the said user, I sent him a PM and asked him to refrain from such fraudulent activities. Since then, I do not see any activity on that account. The screenshot of PM is attached below.

However, today I encountered another translator with username Mustafa786920. This user is also participating in Hindi translation bounties as seen from screenshot below with his claimed portfolio here.

Again, a forged portfolio (My projects circled in Red with some more not seen in screenshot) but with an improvisation this time. He did not copied my portfolio alone but some other users as well who are regularly participating in Hindi Translation campaigns including pghr12aditya_s or may be some more which I did not dig deeper.

Both these users (mustafa.k786 and Mustafa786920 are cheating with their portfolio claiming work of mine and other users to be theirs. With similarity in their usernames, I suspect these are same users. In that case, he is a serial offender who cheats and do not take plagiarism as offence seriously.

We need marlboroza here. he can investigate this case further to tag these cheaters. I facking hate these cheaters.

Guys, I accept my mistake and I am extremely sorry for what I have done. I know it is a bad thing to do but my intention was not at all. I just wanted to get some translations and nothing else.

I do not know how to apologize to you all - specially Kryptogunner and Aditya and the whole community of bitcointalk. I ask for forgiveness and trust me, this wont be repeated in future. I promise you.

My intention was not at all hurt anyone my friends, so I do not know how to express but I am once again very sorry to all of you.

If you want to punish me, I am OK to accept it but please do accept my apology. I am feeling hard at heart and I do not feel good to hurt you all.
