There's no difference between them aside from the cryptocurrency used so this ICO is an outright crap. The people behind this obviously didn't spend much time making it.
If they wanted to provide users a convenient way of buying gift cards, they should have just opened an online shop but anyway it doesn't matter as this reeks of fraud so stay away.
