Nope you do not necessarily have to hold SEED token to be given airdrop however if you want double of the Airdrop you could get a 1000$ worth of SEED and you are qualified

I would recommend that the team remove the subscription form to view the whitepaper. It really add a barrier for reading the article; I hope the team would consider this. Behind the form there are six documents. three in english and three in chinese. for each there is a one pager, whitepaper and a pitch deck.

What I found on page 16 " SEED is a standard ERC-20 utility token.  By holding SEED on the Superbloom platform, you are considered a member. Members have the ability to read due diligence and purchase tokens from  our pipeline of projects."

So far according to what i understand about superbloom is that they will vet all upcoming ico's to eliminate scam ico's and update the list of the ico they think is legit on their platform. And also any upcoming project that wants to get listed on the superbloom platform will provide an airdrop to all the holders of seed tokens on the superbloom platform based on the quantity of seed token held.

Have to agree, while it doesn't seem like a big roadblock, i think its right to assume you really want absolutely 0 roadblocks to getting that initial information that might make an investor out of a visitor. It's slightly like having a email signup to see a website but not quite as bad, removing all obstacles is best, but they just need to make sure their newsletter signup is very visible to still signup

It seems that everyone has the same constraints in accessing the white paper. I do not understand why it's so complicated to download white paper? To me, this is the wrong policy. Superbloom vetting projects before they come out as an ICO saves a lot of energy, time and manpower, if you know what it takes to get real project out there you will appreciate Superbloom real fast

That's some real task superbloom are planning on taking up and i tell you that this won't be easy. I must say that their criteria for choosing an ico must be 100% accurate because if anything goes wrong and that ico turns out to be a fraud. Superbloom will pay for sure.
