I need to reset them, theres normal and  factory reset.
WHat is the difference? also is there any danger in doing this?

Bridging the "factory reset" pads/pins will change the device IP back to 192.168.1.254 and reset your pool configs and stuff back to defaults. There's no danger, just you'll have to find and reconfigure it again afterward.

"Normal" is no reset at all. Just business as usual.
