having problem with my quarkcoin wallet it says synkonerar with internet , and then it says 12 weeks afther Huh? wtf

and why does the cmd window ore miner .exe re opening all the time ? it mines then like  1 minut later it shhut down and opens it agine ? why ? possible to change thate ore what okej
