I just login to coinedup.com with my email but it ask me to accept 1 condition view email asscotiate with my gmail account ?

i bought 40.000 doge for 0.04124 btc:
24/12/13 11:32:44   1J0GPJL   DOGE/BTC   40000. (DOGE)   0.04124 (BTC)    0.00000103            rejected   

but now all bitcoins are gone and i didn't receive any doges.. -> status="rejected"
-> do i have to wait for them or is it a bug?
