Because i need money in 1-2 day to pay me christmas holiday trip.
If i use escrow i have to wait until the miner arrive to destination.

smells fishy. use escrow if the seller is too desperate.

If no escrow then sorry but this smells of scam.. 1/2 price increase just for escrow.. really!!

Normally the next step of a scammer is, that he offers to send the Miner for 1/2 the price to pay upfront and the rest after arrival.
Of course there will be no arrival, but at least the scammer got 50%.
