Unnewbie me !?

I'd like to be able to reply to a post on another thread, but it seems I can't reply to it.
Any idea what I need to do to unlock this ? Do I have to do a Quest ?

I don't remember exactly, but you need X amount of time, and X amount of posts.

It might one hour of browsing and 5 posts if I remember correctly.

Newbie Restrictions
You can only post in the Newbie and Local sub-forums till you have made one post and waited 4 hours.

There is a Newbie readme, I wonder why noone reads it ---
