Just a quick question, does the mtgox include their fee's in the exchange rates, or would they take the coins out of my account seperatly?

The fee is taken out when a trade is made.

By trade I mean "transaction".  So you won't be charged if you cancel an order.

You mean slow site or not many trades? mtgox site sometimes feels quite slow
