I have experienced it. they allot steaks unevenly. it looks like they are not checking entirely for a bounty trip. I think those who count only one person. and it seemed like the main steak only received the first person to participate

In ICO signatures campaigns, there really is a lot of injustice and here we can not do anything. It happens that ICO teams promise one sum of tokens, but in reality they pay much less. There are times for an ICO signature campaign to continue for another month or even more within the amounts claimed earlier. They refer to a number of unforeseen difficulties that have arisen, and sometimes the presence of such difficulties is indeed confirmed. If you see injustice at the beginning of the ICO campaign, you can leave it, and if it's near the end, you have to endure.

There's some interesting news/issue that my close friend told me about distribution of bounties in different campaign. He said that, sometimes the bounty manager or co-manager are intentionally change the ETH address (usually on xls document ) of some long inactive participant of the campaign and post the error encounter about the transaction. If that specific participant did not respond or complain, that bounty will be no longer exist or they will take it on their pocket for selfish reason. Human has a greedy part of brain, specially when money is involve.

I had cases that I worked about 2 months over one  bounty campaign, but I could not get anything because the coin did not get on the exchange.

I've been working from day to day for several months, 4-5 hours a day. Some projects stopped responding to messages and refreshing themselves with information. Some, very responsibly approach the issue. But on my balance sheet, as before 0. There is a suspicion that payments will come only from a part of the companies. But I do not lose hope and continue all the same diligently to do my job!

Yeah I have met several bounties that paid very less amount of money as well as those tokens were very cheap. Also I have met some bounties which they get shut down at the last moment due to scams. So it is much more painful than getting a lower payment for work we do. As a bounty hunter, I believe it is our duty to find out the better bounty before get involved in.

for every prize payment campaign I think it was given as I expected, never experienced a wrong payment, but I also see a lot of complaints about paying, but I do not know what the problem is, may not meet the campaign rules.

I don't think so . I think OP mean signature bounty is always received the biggest share while other part like social media bounty is much lower ). I don't think we need to complain anything about this different cause to join a signature bounty, participant need to follow more rules than social media and they need to work much more than pariticipants in social media bounty

A fair share by means you expected like 3 USD as it says on the post but instead you got 2 USD is that what you ment? First things first I never experienced anything like this scenario of yours. So if incase happens to anyone the one thungs we must do is to repost it if you saw something wrong about you share, resuslts they well do somethings or tell you the whole process on how it was diveded for the fair share of every rank.

In other ways if this happend and you explained your side om how you should got the right share is... explain it so, if they not reply or no response for the team you will take it to the highest authority of this website and make a repost.

I think this happens frequently and it seems they always give you some time to complain. And almost everything is resolved in the best way. You will receive a reward worth the effort you have spent, I believe so

Yes, I already have a friend that experienced it, He already worked for a bounty translation, he completed the white paper translation in his native language and he supposed to be paid around 1156$, after a few months when the coin is listed on a cheap exchanges, the value of this token is falling too much and now its worth nothings.

I'm not sure what you mean, but I'm guessing that you've joined a campaign, fulfilled the requirements, but it didn't pay very well? Sometimes this happens and it's not great - but then we have to believe in the project and that it will go far.

why would the distribution be unfair? There is a separate stake for all bounty. and you can control the amount of stake that you control. If you are missing, you can talk to the manager and fix the problem. I think this is not the case here instead of asking the manager directly and ask for corrections. Send the necessary links.

In some bounties I had a feeling that the tokens distributed are less than I expected. There can be unfair amounts for your work.

This is very curious. Most reward was not encouraging. This have to stop in bounty campaign. Because we participants have done our best with the campaign and we need to smile together.

i got that experience many times
like last campaign that i joined
the team reduce the pool from 2% to 1%, they said they afraid bounty hunter will dump their coin
but its okay
they have their own ruler, we can't do anything, although we can complaint that wont affect anything.

It happens everywhere, PM adds friends, developers do not pay PM, and even if it's scam. Then it's generally possible to go get soap and rope) I'm kidding at the expense of the latter
