Is anyone else having trouble withdrawing currencies out of Bter.com?

I am getting this message:

I've contacted support and admin and still have not received a response.

same here, it has been a couple of days, my error code starts with WDC, but can't withdraw any other type of coins.  Some people have error codes start with QRK or other abbreviations.

they are not answering support emails.

Same here, error codes starting with BTC and CNY while trying to withdraw BTC.
I am sick of all those crappy exchanges.

Has anyone got bter to solve this problem yet?

I am starting to get antsy, as I have over 10btc stuck in bter and not able to withdraw.  They have not answered their emails and their QQ support is useless, they don't even understand (or pretend to not understand) a simple request to address the problem, even after giving them simple english descriptions.

I saw someone reporting success after using google translate to speak chinese to the QQ support (shame they don't even speak english...).
I also Pmed the bter accounts in this forum without any luck.
I don't even have QQ installed so didn't try.
Would you please report your results if you do ?

I am also starting to  Undecided

I just got a qq support message from them in chinese, the translation said that I have an account imbalance of almost 4000WDC.  I had not sold or withdrew anywhere near that amount at the time the error occurred.  So if I understand it right, they are freezing my balance because they managed to screw up their ledger sheet somehow.

So, they may have been hacked/screwed/scammed and we are paying the price.
Great.

anyway they used to reply in english and pretty much quickly, had a few issues in the past and they were promptly sorted out, this silence is starting to worrying me too.

Do you get the error on the very withdrawal page, or when trying to withdraw?

Hi,

I try to write in simplified chinese, nothing.

I will continue posting messages as long as they didn't fund my alt-coins worth 2-3 BTC ( 4-5 BTC when the problem occurs), et I don't recommend this exchange at all.

Do you mean he replied you ? I also sent a PM to him and the other bter accouns here at btctalk. None of them replied.
I also installed QQ and added the contacts from it's chinese web site,  the first contact seems to be a 13 years old boy by the information in his profile, ... I added all the accounts there and none of them was online at the time of writing this, will check later.

BTER always worked fine for me and (despite the low volume) was a nice exchange.
Let's have some patience, but everything points to an unhappy ending.

Can we get somebody who can speak Chinese? I guess that is the only way to solve it.

Hi,

Bter.com is verifying the agreement of the funds transfer-in/out and trading records.
Please send an email to "support@bter.com" if you cannot make a withdrawal due to a "fund error".
There's a large volume of customer requests, please be patient.

It would be faster if you use QQ (http://www.imqq.com/) to contact our customer representatives at

QQ1: 930670188
QQ2: 930625188
QQ3: 417677728
QQ4: 1091544692
QQ5: 2795309276
QQ6: 2753561485

Best,
Lin
