Trading Fractions of BTC in the UK

For those in the UK who can't afford to play with whole Bitcoins, is it possible to trade smaller amounts for fiat?  If so, where?

Interesting indeed, I actually bought a few Bitcoins earlier on this year via Localbitcoins.  I sold once I'd doubled on them, just weeks before the massive peak

With prices as they are now though, it's a lot harder for me to buy even a single bitcoin.  This is why I'm looking for somewhere I can buy and sell mBTC.
