Betcoin.ag not release my deposit with 200+ confirmations transaction.

I just want to post my review for betcoin.ag casino with cryptocurrency.

NEVER PLAY THERE. I deposit ethereum and support tell me to wait managment. First i ask how much confirms i want to wait? They answer me between 1 and 3. Now are 280+ confirmations and still nothing. Support cannot help me. Here is transaction
