It's not easy to find your answer when you asked your questions using a very difficult language. For instance, I didn't get what you meant by "cleaning pages". I suggest you to stick around in Bitcoin Forum and eventually you will get the info you are looking for. Try to increasing your activity with reasonable posts. All the best.

It's extremely hard to decipher what you are trying to ask. If you are looking for more information regarding specific topics, then I suggest that you utilize the "Search" function. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=search and simply type in whatever you would like to learn more about. There are certain boards that you cannot delete your own posts within, but for the posts you are able to delete yourself you will find a "Delete" button alongside the "quote" and "+Merit" buttons on the right side of your post, near the # of the post. I am not sure what you mean by "clean your page", unless you are referring to deleting the posts made by other users within your thread; if this is the case, then while you are creating a thread, simply click "Additional options" towards the bottom and tick the box that says "Self-Moderate". As for answering a post, all you have to do is click "reply" and type up whatever you want to say.

If you have more questions like this, feel free to shoot me a private message by click the little speech bubble below my name/avatar.

This is my own way of deciphering your question, but are you asking how to not get your post deleted and cleaned when answering a post? If that is the case, then simply post constructive reply on threads that are not redundant(or spam). You can also refer to bill gator's post above if he is right and one more thing, I suggest you join the Fit to Talk English project by Jetcash for others to understand your post better next time.

I also can not fully understand with the question of OP as also said by bill gator and hase0278, but I guess the problems you are facing with these problems:
1. Your posts is often to get deleted
2. You want to clean up something
3. You can't reply to a post

I just clear up your problems and seems already answered by bill gator and hase0278, I just make 2 pictures for your easier what bill gator answered specially on no 3:

to reply, just click reply button as indicated on the arrow in the picture.

While no 1 just to post meaningfully and no one liner post, it is often get deleted also.
No 2: Just referring to what bill gator and hase0278 posted.

I think the OP is asking about self-moderating threads, but I agree that he needs to improve his English.
Somebody should tell him about the fit to talk English project.

The Talk Merit projects
 - Jet Cash has set up a number of projects for Bitcoin Talk members Click here to see the list.

No, it doesn't. When you get to Jr. Member there is no restriction anymore.

The time restriction is there to prevent people from spamming trying to get to the next level. Instead people have more time to consider their next post which makes the content much higher in quality.

No it will reduce as ur membership improves:

CODE
waittime = 360;
if(activity >= 15)
        waittime = (int)(90 - activity);
if(activity >= 60)
        waittime=(int)(34.7586 - (0.0793103 * activity));
if(activity >= 100)
        waittime = max((int)(14-(activity/50)), 4);

u can read more about this for clarity :https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=237597.msg4131557#msg4131557

It’s fine to have bad eanglish as long as the statement is on point. However that might probably the one thing that makes admins delete your posts. Sometimes you’re somehow misunderstood. But do not worry, read a lot here, watch english movies, and you’ll learn the right grammar.

It takes 360 seconds, about 6 minutes to post comments in the same topic.

It's very difficult to understand your question, if you have something less clear just ask at https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=search2 suppose that you do not know about "merit", you just find it there.
I suggest that, if you need information just search at https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=search2 there is a lot of sharing from everyone. And maybe this can help your problem.
