Please help me find a thread or online guide about acomplishing this.

I created a wallet moments ago on a computer that I don´t use at all. I´m being transfered some coins into it and once I see them there (I know they are not there but in the block chain) I want to copy the wallet.dat (or any sugested file) into a PenDrive, totaly erase such a file from the PC and restore the data onto a new one.

Thanks.
