I have been mining for over year now and lurking this site since January and just decided to join.

I still don't know what to think... but as a collective I like you all.

I have been searching and I cant find the Khash/s rating for the XFX R9 290 (locked or unlocked)

Post your results here if you've gotten your hands on one and post your settings and stats will send 150,000 Satoshis (and one half that to the first five to confirm the data).

I've been mining on R9 290s from Gigabyte, XFX, and Sapphire. They are all pretty much the same.

I've been getting around 750-800kh/s which is great for the price I bought them for ($400!)

Is this what you wanted, or a screenshot of the cgminer?
