1- Reduced block time from 15s to 6s which improved
    1-1- Network transaction per second by 2.5x
    1-2- Transaction confirmation speed by 2.5x
    1-3- Miner reward by 2.5x
2- Removed uncle reward
3- Implemented finite supply for mineable coins

You can use your existing Eth wallet but you'll have to use EINC wallet to access your tokens. Just like Ethereum classic.
