I've recently built a version of pooler-cpuminer for iOS. It uses the getwork protocol because the version of pooler-cpuminer I started with doesn't support stratum+tcp. Right now I have it running on my iPad with two threads and I'm getting about 24 khash/sec per thread. It's getting work and doing work, but I'm not sure right now if it's submitting work correctly.

Can anyone suggest a way for me to check if the work is being submitted correctly?

I AM a newbie to mining, but not to software. I can set up a local server if needed or whatever.

Thanks!

Don't bother unless you want to mine altcoins - CPU + GPU mining is pretty much pointless nowadays.
You won't get much submitted work ;P also, you can see the amount of accepted/rejected shares.

Well? Will OP deliver his/her build? I really want this, just for testing purposes.
