 It is jailbroken so it can play any game you download.

 It is now at a very old version last I updated was 2011 or so .

 I live in Istanbul,Turkey , I won't pay for shipping you have to find a shipping place and I will go give it to them.

 I want to do escrow OR you pay first.

 I am not sure how much this all comes down to but I hope to clear something like 50$:D
