I am trying to deposit some Bitcoin into my MtGox account. When I input the amount, and press enter, message comes up
"One last Step!"
"Send (amount here) Bitcoin to this address":
and nothing to confirm it, no box to check OK or ENTER nothing, just that box telling me "one last step". What step?

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

Copy the address given, then paste it into your Bitcoin program and send the bitcoins. After a few confirmations, the Bitcoins will be visible in your Mt. Gox account. I have done this several times, never had any problems.

Don't forget to leave .01 BTC for the transaction cost. For example, if your MtGox account has 15 BTC in it, you can only send 14.99, because .01 BTC is required for the transaction.

That's necessary due to rounding errors, actually...
