I can not reply to any thread. Last 3 times i can't open a topic. It always says "The last posting from your IP was less than 360 seconds ago. Please try again later."

What can i do? I didn't posted any post/thread yet.
If this works this is the first created thread.

There were additionally false 'double post' errors, database errors on trying to register, and slow page loading. I'm sure it's just load on the forum causing these various problems.
