Our Chalet is located in the Dutch side of Belgium just 5 minutes to Holland and one hour to Germany. A very central point to explore Europe on day trips and a great way to meet many nationalities of Europeans in one place. The park in which it is located is open all year around and the management is fluent in English. Pets are welcome in the park.

Included for free is the use of the swimming pool with sliding tunnel, kiddie pool, mini-golf, tennis court, billiard golf, football field, bouncy castle, rocking horses, table tennis tables, the lake for fishing and the beach for sun bathing. Many walking paths are nearby and the park is a haven for cyclists with the many streets to bike on.

Seasonally there are daily activities for the children, a built-in baby sitter so the adults can truly relax and a cafe and snack bar which serves ice-cream to beer to meals has theatre shows at night or bingo or other activities. There is also an in park grocery store which has newspapers to rubber dinghies.

The Chalet comes fully furnished so it is a home away from home and with the included gas fireplace, the chalet can be used year round in the coldest winters. The newly added front section has double glazed windows and the chalet comes with two satellite dishes, one bringing in English TV the BBCs and the ITVs etc and the other European channels all for free. The heater provides Hot water in the Kitchen and Bathroom, but the park has free shower and toilet facilities even bathtubs for kids and showers which are useful after swimming or getting the sand from the beach off. The park also has a laundry room with washers and dryers and internet service.

Insurance/Replacement Value of the house is 30,000 Euro. This is a bargain!

The catch is that we no longer living in Belgium and live 750km away from the chalet in Germany. It's impractical for us to keep the chalet. Another "catch", if you could call it that, is that of course there is an annual park fee for the use of the land and park facilities. That is normal for a vacation house in Europe and is paid directly to the park manegement and that can unfortunately not be paid in Bitcoin (at least I doubt they know what Bitcoin is).

To make clear to doubters it is legitimate, the property is listed with the real estate firm Century 21 but as they are really only in the Belgium market we are trying to sell it in the English speaking world and get some bitcoins.
