there is alot of other chips out, for example bitmain. but i can only find bitfury PCB design that is opensource.. does anyone know if threre is an opensource design for bitmain?

You are right. They are very few if any chips available for purchase "today". We live in a stinky "pre-order" cross-your-fingers-on-delivery-date world, which is the absolutely worst thing when the network hash rate is increasing so fast.
