Try to Click on that red icon and select some other server and restart it.

In the lower right corner, click on the "red" button (turns green when you're connected to a server) and select a different server or check the box "Try random servers if disconnected".

Is the offline wallet different of the online one ?

On the top of the wallet it s written User/Lea/.Electrum/wallets/default_wallet , is that normal?? i looked on some other wallet and it s written romaning/wallet.dat or something like that
