You are not mining scrypt, you can tell as the hashrate is displayed in MH/s. Chances are you forgot the --scrypt tag for launching cgminer.

Please DO NOT send me private messages asking for help setting up GPU miners. I will not respond!!!

You can't mine scrypt without adding the scrypt argument. Not sure what you expected?

Getting stuck on "started cgminer...." usually has something to do with the pool credentials being wrong or down. Otherwise it's from overclocks being set too high.

All you will ever see is "new block detected" while you have --scrypt deleted. You can't mine scrypt coins without using the scrypt kernel.

Put --scrypt back, or don't mine. These are the only options.

What is your hash rate now, does it say ~25kh/s? I assume it is exceptionally low based on the first picture posted, and that is why you don't see any accepted shares yet. Wait a longer time, you should see something eventually.

You aren't mining, then. Something in your configuration is wrong, so mining never starts.

Please post the settings you use to launch cgminer, as well as the hardware you are using.

You may try removing the "pause" line from the bat file.

I can see you have a 6400 series video card, do you know the exact series you have? It would be most helpful.

Try this, though.

cgminer --scrypt -o (enter your info here) -u (again) -p (again)  -I 9 -g 1 -w 64

I actually had that same card, exactly the same and I couldn't mine at all... Finally I just ended up buying a "typical" ATI7950 and it works perfectly fine.

I am about out of ideas for things to try, other than reinstalling video drivers.

FWIW that card is exceptionally weak, it's probably not even worth running it anyway. There are CPUs that can probably get better hashrates on scrypt...
