Only haters of ethereum will try to spread the misleading news about that. The hardcap supply will be determined through POS casper update and if you are big holders of ethereum and you can earn passive income through staking your coin with 130 days lock period to avoid the manipulation. That means a huge increase to the ethereum.

Casper is bad for POW-miners only and is good for all others because POS will make passive income for node holders (1500 ETHs) and price will be pumped to buy more nodes

Casper release just means that Ethereum prices are fixing to rise. Ethereum will be unminable, the only way you will be able to get new Ethereum is if you are holding it in special wallets, to stake, only people with expensive wallets will be earning extras as for the miner anywhere, thats pretty much over, Im reading up more on it now,

Of course not. It isn't a bad thing for Ethereum holders. You can passively earn a lot by this. It would bring a big increase of your profit.

They say, the new protocol can help to reduce inflation in Ethereum. On the other hand, each participant's reward for work will be lower as well. But a further complete transition to the PoS consensus model justifies this temporary flaw.

The reason why people are saying this could be a bad thing is becasue it is a POS platform, and that means the rich get richer. Alot of people are saying Ethereum foundation are moving this forward to progress their selfish cause. We can't be certain what this would bring but the main concern I have is the amount of time the team have been working on this and no real progress update have been released yet

I am okay with that, it will help Ethereum to grow, proof of work is an old model and needs to be replaced

i think is 50:50.
is will be like ETH gambling to takes more than now.
when is runing so good ETH will be better than before, but this is have a big risk.
and when is failed i think ETH will drop.
but, this is they decide to make ETH better, we must aprove it.

Casper is the best consensus protocol I have read. Yes, EOS may take the lead in the short term with the DPOS for the next year or two, because decentralization is not yet what the mainstream world needs, but long-term I am very bullish on Ethereum and Casper.

ETH's devs say about Plasma will go in production in mid-2018 and then Capser - in end of 2018.

I think this is a good move. Which makes the rich become richer. Is not it very profitable for us? The investors of etherum? And I think it's all because of the postal platform. And I thought I'd be nice to that.

Is this another fork for ethereum? Ethereum classic is one of the well known ethereum fork so I don't think this is necessary to have another fork eth.
