I tried bitstamp but these slovenian tards saying that i need upload images in HQ. Weird! I uploaded HD image, told them that but they still want HQ image -.-
I tried mtgox but still not approved.

Where are you located? If you're in the US, Coinbase is also OK, but they're having growing pains and their site is often inaccessible.
