Can you verify they're there and confirmed thru blockchain? Is it a QT wallet? If so, this takes but a minute to try yourself. On the client open debug window and console. typing the command "listaddressgroupings" will give you a list of the addresses in the wallet and their balances. Highlight and copy one of the addresses that contains a small amount. Performing the command "dumpprivkey <address goes here>" for that address will give you the private key (mind you, be safe with it), which you can directly import into other wallets with a single command or click (fresh QT wallet, blockchain).
This will not be a practical solution for your wallet, if it contains more than about a dozen addresses with a non-zero balance. Too tedious. "listaddressgroupings" will at least show you if there are 12 or less for the 5-10 minute do it yourself don't have to trust anyone total solution without downloading any special wallet software. Those two commands are not capable of damaging your wallet, either.
I got my address and it shows 0 balance and also 0 on blockchain.info....it says priv key is not known....
