miner status is clean

The miner turns on but does nothing, the miner status is clean and there is no mining
I have three miners antminer D3 and all this condition

That is odd. What color of lights are you seeing on your miner (this is on the front part of your antminer usually where the ethernet cable is plugged in)?

I would first try doing a factory reset. Just press and hold the button. There are youtube videos on how to do this if you need further reference.

All of your D3 have the same condition? Have you settings pools and other things at Config? And also network config as m.vina mentioned (maybe your Miner isn't received internet connection).
