someone using this address stole my coins from http://eac.poolerino.com/ eZE11vdpGVEdsfkLUzsC19iGT1sym8p7kg when is someone going to make a new style of pool or password and user name keeper its impossible to remember every different password I feel for you, however you don't really have much of an excuse for that one. Poolerino is using two-factor authentication, if you had it enabled, you wouldn't have had your coins stolen. Also, use a password vault like Lastpass or something if you can't remember all of your passwords. And lock that up behind two-factor authentication too.

haha, a 49BTC buy order on Cryptsy at 166. That's crazy!
The person that keeps manipulating the price is doing more harm than good. First they pump it 300% its value in a couple of days at a price it cant sustain and now they have been propping it up at 180 ever since. Every time the price drops to low 170's they pump it back to 190. Now they are getting desperate and put that 50 btc buy wall up. The problem I think with eac right now is that most of the people invested in eac are people who mined it and bought early on coinedup at much higher prices. These people are not buying anymore. With all the new alts out now, getting new investors is more difficult and that is what eac desperately needs. The best thing for eac right now would be for this guy to just go away and let the price fall to whatever the market feels its worth. Once that happens eac will once again be attractive to new investors and get rid of the multipools for awhile. Then eac can grow naturally and rebound in price and go beyond. Look at some other alt coins that had massive price drops only to completely explode recently. This is what needs to happen to eac. People prefer manipulated coin than died coin, Doge pumped 10x and more ppl are buying. And there is no sell pressure, everyday 14M of EAC mined out, if 30% dump to cryptsy thats is 7btc

ever get that sinking feeling that dodge will overtake ltc and make all the ltc you hold worthless
don't think that will/can happen - I mean - that would make plenty of people multimillionaires overnight its mostly hype, i wouldnt worry bout doge much and def no chance of overcoming ltc thats the thing with cryptos, they have no worth outside what people are willing to pay for them. Get enough hype anything can happen That is somewhat true but you are completely missing out on the understanding of the entire technology. Paper notes have NO WORTH outside what people are willing to pay for them as well, and further more they are worse in the sense that their value is artificially regulated by manipulation of the money supply for the "betterment of the many" so rockets can be built to go to the moon, nuclear battleships can be constructed to provide protection from an invisible threat and the NSA has a budget to spy on its own people - would you knowingly pay a portion of your income to those projects??!!! The system exists now to maintain control and enslave the rest of us - that is my opinion of course and although I try to remove it from the literature I use to promote EarthCoin, I think it is evident so I might as well say it. ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) 130 years ago, while you were chewing your chewing tobacco, hammering shoes over an anvil, and your neighbour was putting on the hinges to a coffin in his mortuary and the whore house down the street was sweeping the front step, a clean suited man came strolling up the dusty street with his briefcase in hand. He looked sharp and crisp, new, government type - not a lawman. He walked into the Saloon to a general audience and politely introduced himself as a disciple from the Federal Government. He politely explained how all of you over the next few months had to turn your Gold into him in exchange for his paper notes which were now going to be considered legal tender for trade instead of you shaving bits of your Gold off out of your pocket which was a crude way to do business in his opinion. Instead, they were going to take your Gold put it in a vault at a fixed rate they determined and they would give you some debt notes that were related to that Gold you have given them and you would use that for trade. He was laughed out of the saloon and escorted kindly to the town limits. However he returned with force the next time and it was written by decree or fiat, that you were to give up your Gold in exchange for paper notes under the threat of imprisonment!! It took 20 years for people to finally accept the worthless paper money but enough education had passed that it was easy to correlate the idea of Gold in the vault to the serial numbered issuance of paper money so it began to be believed it had value. Everyone became enslaved during that moment and over the years following, the treasury note was leveraged, fractionalized and derived magnitudes of order of its original value as the Government printed more and more and more with you powerless to do anything about it. You simply must work harder and harder now to have the same thing as 50 years prior. BUT the people who adopted paper money with out a fight and saw its future were rewarded accordingly. People like the Rockefellas and JP Morgan and many others because of their early adoption they were allowed loans and credit and leverage for providing credibility to the paper note. This extraordinary wealth through borrowing allowed them to build their early empires and benefit immensely where the people last to adopt its use benefited less. EarthCoin and crypto currencies in general will follow the same path of reward BUT they are much different in the sense that everyone will benefit from them over time regardless of when they come in, as they only become more and more valuable over time providing a base to build for the next generation. The early adopters will of course benefit more but not through its fractionalization, instead through its proliferation of acceptance. EarthCoin's supply is finite and limited and does not place the power of the creation of the money supply in a few hands, it awards that privilege to a decentralized mechanism that ensures its authenticity!! Simply incredible. Hype is not required! Education is. And you are right, with proper EDUCATION each one of these currencies if not abused will form a massive market capitalization as people turn in their paper money for a crypto-currency and abandon the broken system. Each coin will represent the underlying trade in which each was created for. Many will find their own niches, even Sex Coin for its use on porno sites possibly and its market cap will be correlated to the amount of trade in that classification. EarthCoin will find its niche hopefully with everyone, an identity that can unite us all regardless of color, religion, race or nationality. The Earth is a much better symbol of strength as it is the medium, the agar, the life-blood, which supports all of us! Much more appropriate than an Eagle or All-Seeing Eye that represents the beliefs of 300 million people in the United States. When you compare the two stores of value it is almost laughable that anyone in their right mind would even consider accepting those worthless debt notes. Do you want to cause a revolution! A real revolution!? When crypto-currencies reach a critical mass of ownership (We are currently approaching 10 million), I am talking a few hundred million people, you would organize decentralized masses to converge on city centres, withdrawing as much paper notes from the banking system in their respective nations as possible and you would pile it in a mound in the centre of the mass of people at which point you would simultaneously light it on fire and watch it turn to ash, removing all belief that it had any value what so ever. It would be a dramatic end to slavery. The very next day, most commerce would begin in crypto-currencies and believe you me the World would work just fine. The people who have used the debt model to become wealthy would not be too happy though because their paper money would barely pay the hydro bill. I like Warren Buffet though, I would take care of him! ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) Quoted for posterity. Outstanding, sir. I can expand on this, but I can't improve on it.

It can generate passwords that would give the NSA fits. Keep your shit locked with that, and if someone does hack it, be sure to recruit them for your own criminal enterprise, cuz you sure don't want that genius on the other side. This piece of software becomes useless. The greatest danger is having his own computer compromised, and that can happen to everybody, even those who have every single anti-malware/anti-virus on their constantly updated computer. Even to those on linux. To be honest I don't know any way to be really secure, except print your private key on paper and delete everything on your computer.

Looks great! Also, I'm not sure if you're doing this, but it looks like we need to build a bigger audience for the twitter. Everyday follow like 50 relevant people and then wait a couple days to see if they follow back. If they don't, remove them using justunfollow.com. Then repeat. It’s important to remove those who don’t follow you because twitter will stop you from following more people if your follow to followed ratio is too high (wow there are a lot of follows there). You can build follows quickly by doing that, which would help with our marketing. I was considering starting a twitter to build one faster, but we already have a couple and should focus on them.
Good idea
i´m just a fan, I just asked a question to "earthcoin" if i should continue earthcoin.eu and he said i should. anyhow, centurion who runs earthcointalk.org made me the account earthcoinnews but yeah a SPOC, (Single Point Of Contact) might be a good idea. i´d help out if so.

Hey Earthlings! Let me introduce myself. I am Cryptozark and have just been added to the internal dev team. So far, I have been tasked with overhauling the main website and have just taken over the "@getearthcoin" twitter. Now that I have had the pleasure of working with the dev team first hand, I can tell you that the things they are working on behind the scenes are really incredible. It is easy to forget that this coin was launched only a month ago when you see how much has happened so far. Let's look at what great things have happened in Earthcoin's First Month. I know I am missing things so please feel free to comment below! So what can you do to help EAC? **VOTE ON POLLS** Let's win these polls and work to win all upcoming polls as well! As I mentioned, we have had over 35,000+ downloads of the EAC wallet in the first month. That is incredible! However, only a small percentage of those who have downloaded are currently following us on the web. Please take a minute to add us on your social networks to get all the latest news from the team AND the community. **FOLLOW US** **IS THERE MORE?** Last but not least, please give us your suggestions here: http://earthcoin.uservoice.comAny suggestions welcome (how to grow EAC or what you feel the community needs), but specifically on what you want to see on the NEW WEBSITE. Love you all, Cryptozark
