WANTED: PHP programmer for Crypto currency store

I am building a website to sell crypto - beginning with only bitcoin and litecoin, possibly more alt-coins in the future. When the purchaser wants to buy they fill in a form which generates them a quote at the current btc-e+markup price. They then have four hours to do a cash deposit into our bank and we manually release their coins.

Would prefer if it could be done in Joomla as I am familiar with using this platform.To be honest it's a relatively simple website to build I could do it myself but I would struggle with the pricing mechanism and spend more time than it's worth just to pay someone.

The website design is not really so important I need help with the quote generating part. All domains and hosting is taken care of..
