How hard is it to open a pool for an alt coin? There are altcoins coming out almost everyday. I want to take advantage of that and open up a pool , pay the costs with fee's and make something on the side .

Maybe I will in the future open a pool for every coin I can get my hands on. Maybe I will combine them and make a website like hashcows middlecoin multipool etc , and mine the most profitable one on my pool.

Before we get head ourselves , how hard is it to open a pool for a new altcoin? What do we need to do , is there a template?

I'm guessing you need some money as you need to probably have a server to run it.
