I think you can mine on windows 32

Just use pooler CPUMiner CudaMiner or CGminer

All support 32 bit.
Google whichever you need and start mining

I can't mining, the computer is the old computer of my father ( about 10 years ), and only use for Facebook, twitter and university works.

Get mining rig, it would be better for u, I bought used GPUs R7950 for around $250 per each, ask your friend to setup it and u will be in a good shape  Wink

you can use cudaminer - for 32 or 64bit
