My account on fast-pool (dogecoin) is locked :(

Hello, I'm not sure anyone here can help. My account on fast-pool.com is locked. On the poolsite they refer to this thread in case your account is locked:

Sadly as I am a newbie I do not have the authority to post there and there seems to be no other option to contact user 'fast-pool.com'. Does anybody here have any way to contact them? My account on the pool uses the same name as my account here 'stoei'. I would be very grateful.

My account has also been locked, but I think it was because I have forgot my password apparently, which is also a problem since the reset-password option doesn't work... Can someone help? Or make me able to post in the mentioned support-thread?

...but mine's locked because I updated my account without filling out the PIN portion of the form.

i did that twice in a day and my account is locked.  no way to contact support to get it unlocked.
