If you can setup a bitcoin exchange site for me like btc-r.com cryptsy.com or vircurex.com I will give 10bitcoins for that. I may also pay to anyone who directs me on the right path on how to achieve this. Currently I am running http://pmtocoins.com which is kind of manual and it is painful to process the orders in quick span of time.

If you want something capable of scaling to any significant volume, it's not as simple as buying a set-up exchange; it's an ongoing project you're going to need a team of people for. You'll need backend work, fontend work, design, system administration, security inspection, financial law and tax expertise....
