How is payment made?

All transactions on Doctor Smart are carried out using tokens. You need to have a bank card. As you confirm payment for your virtual visit, Doctor Smart will charge the respective amount in your card currency, automatically converting it into Doctor Smart tokens (DSTT) and sending the resulting number of DSTT to your doctor. For the end-user, the process is seamless and doesn't require any additional actions.

Firstly, it is cheaper than usual doctor appointment not because of poor quality. It costs less because the doctor does it in his spare time so costs (rent, insurance, some of taxes) are reduced.
Secondly, the doctor would examine patient health status. if the problem is serious and danger, the doctor would not waste the time to consult online, but recommends calling an ambulance. We focus mostly on the primary link of medical care

Chinese Roadshow is over!

Alexander Naslednikov, Managing Partner, presented Doctor Smart at the events in China. We met lots of potential investors and discuss the deal now. The team visited 6 conferences from Wuhan to Ningbo and held the 1st online consultation with a doctor from China.
