Help or explanation needed on hashcow and middlecoin Please!

I mined on middlecoin for a couple of hours 4 days ago and have 0.00596 in my BTC balance under my address but I haven't been paid yet. It also shows on the website that I haven't been paid out yet. It says .001 is the minimum for payout and I see people getting paid for .0012. Small amounts.. Why am I not being paid? It definitely has the correct address.

Also what about hashcow? I currently have .00312 in confirmed exchange and .017 in confirmed balance for BTC. and .105 for WDC.
I thought it auto pays at .001 for any coin. Its been sitting there for 2 days but the website says it pays out daily.

Help or explanation needed please!
