The prices of the cryptocurrency determines its volatility, these are varied depending on the trend on the environment as ''some'' factors affecting such as the price and demand usually takes effect.

Cryptocurrency will usually recover this weekend. Because first of all, it was our expectation that Bitcoin will soon recover. Because the prices of Bitcoin are steadily rising from innovation. But sometimes its price decreases again. This weekend the demand and consumption of Bitcoin and the number of investors is increasing so the price will be restored.
I hope future prices will remain high and the world will be the most valuable currency.

it is actually the other way around and both of them are wrong.
people usually say bitcoin price (and then altcoins that follow it) drops during weekends.
but the thing is, it is never true. there may be times when it comes true but they are all coincidences because it is not a common thing that occurs every week so you can't say it is a "pattern".

These are the main factors that control the price:
1. Regulation: The legal status of bitcoin in some countries affects its price
2. Bad news: News plays a vital role in determining the price
3. Demand and Supply: Supply and demand affect directly, and therefore you find a difference in price depending on the trading platform
4. Technical reasons: high fee and new forks

There is no direct effect but the weekends can change the price "Can change the supply and demand."

about altcoins: bitcoin price plays a vital role in determining its price

Yes it is true and I think so too, and it may be due to their basic needs in daily or weekly, at which time they earn money from salary and for investments in bitcoin.

I haven't noticed this trend, can you share some charts to prove that? In general I believe more trading is being done after the weekend, as people are usually off for the weekends.

It's because of the demand during weekends. Like any other establishment, bitcoin's demand always increase on the weekend. I am assuming that investors are so busy that they can only shop for bitcoin during the weekends. There's not a lot of movement on weekdays so others preferred to trade on weekends as well. On the other hand, maybe we all have time on the weekend and we just took notice of the changes on that day not not paying attention on the movement every weekdays.

What you said is true. The price of bitcoin cannot be predicted based on the days of the week or peculiar to a particular date in any months. Because the price increase last year December does not means the same thing will happen this year. The price is driven by demand.

You have asked proper question,  simply think about it a bit, will you? Many people are free during weekends as they tend to work during Monday till Friday with some spare time here and there. On weekends they have more time to dedicate to some other things they want to do. Whether it be learning, spending time with your kids or yet even trading crypto currency as a side holy. You are at least aware that both are the ones that provide high volume mist of the time and maybe bots have their algorithms to hunt onto weekends. But I think it comes mostly as a result of people having their free time.

This can't be proved and I don't think there is such pattern. The thing is that you are maybe more focused on the price on weekends so you are observing the changes more carefuly.
Some also say that the price is falling on weekends but neither of these claims are true, these are just subjective conclusions. To say something like that you should have done some study and have some claims and facts that could support that theory but at the moment it can't be said that the Bitcoin price is depending on the day of the week.

Most of those weekends , I think what happens then is market retracement. At that time, the market is less busy and the idea of volatility is relativ6

I observed the trend too and even gave it as a reliable happening to some close friends. I do see the rising happening from Thursdays and by Sunday evening the market is on a decline and opening on a red note by Monday. But it doesn't cut across all the altcoins.

Cryptocurrencies prices are really volatile and they don't follow a same pattern in different weeks. I doubt you have seen the charts for many weeks.

The value of market volatility is according to natural law. Much of it comes from decentralized supply and human needs. Not sure any time is up or down, and it does not usually happen at the weekend. Only occasionally, some traders have active activity in the crypto market over the weekend. Because, it is a holiday so they can accumulate income from daily / short term trade.

My observation was opposite. I don't really think that crypto market is recovering during weekends but most of the time it is going to downtrend during those days. We may not know the real truth behind this 'mystery' but there can be some hint.
If you think that it's recovering then it's simply many are buying.
And on what I believed then many are selling.

The reason may be that the weekend is a suitable time for trading coins, after doing the main job. So over the weekend, more traders are active than usual days. however, it is not always the price of cryptocurrency coins to rise at the weekend.
