Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

Agree with the post above. For smaller amounts like that LB is your best option as it's fast and has built in escrow service.

Best to trade with high rep traders on there though

Don't use PayPal unless you know and trust the person sending by PayPal with your life (well your money anyway).
