It depends on faith in the coin. If you hold for a portfolio, then you have to sell. If you keep for the product, then keep

i will study the overall trend of the market. if the market is gradually rising. i will continue to wait for the right time. if the market is in a bad state. i will sell it immediately.

Most people make mistake of not going into a trade with a target once you have a target you hardly loose. So its important to have a target once your cpin spile to that amount you sell of immediatly without any emotional attachment and greed

I'm just looking for the opinions of others really, there's no right or wrong answer to this question. What do you do when a coin you're holding suddenly jumps up by like 30% or whatever? do you try to sell at the peak of that spike and buy them back once it's gone back down again? or do you just keep on hodling?
maybe if I see the coin can still increase compared to the price I will still save my coin but, I also see the current market condition maybe if what happened to the market today maybe I would sell the coin I had and go back to buy it because of that opportunity it must be taken even if it is the smallest.

sell, what else do you think? if the price jumps and has been higher than the price of your purchase. if you believe the price will continue to increase you can keep holding it back, but if some analysis says the price will fall again it will be very good if you sell it.

For me, at least 50% gain is the time when I sell my tokens. Any sudden jump in price is always the best opportunity to make profits and I usually sell 60% - 80% of my holdings. But there are certain situation that a token gets favored that it spike can last for 1-2 weeks. I hope it'll happen again this year because it's been a long time.

There is a strong increase, but I know that there is no news. And the next increase, I will sell out if I increase 30% and will buy back at a lower price.

Indeed, people almost buy, hold and wait, they rarely set prices to sell, and that becomes a mistake every time what they are holding starts to rise, they do not have a specific goal, more accurate, greed creates confusion between stopping and continuing for them. Therefore, we should not ask what we should do when prices rise sharply because before prices rise, we have established all decisions and actions for the situation, what we need is to look at the achievements we will receive.

I keep the coins partly on the exchange for a short period and partly on cold wallets for a long period, if the coin has grown and it is kept on the exchange, then I sell it. What I keep in cold wallets I don’t touch, it’s fundamentally.

I've done this several times already and it's very profitable, it's always been buying low and selling high even a spike of 20% is enough reason to sell a percentage of that coin, but if there is still profit to be made in the future don't sell all of it.

usually I do nothing and just wait because all my coins were invested with a long term planning. IN some particular circumstances I sell half and hold the other part for some time

I will definitely make a sale because the opportunity will not come a second time, especially when market conditions like this have a good chance then I will quickly take the opportunity

It depends on what you want from this coin. If you want to get at least 500 percent profit, than you are just patiently waiting for the price to reach this point. If you are happy with 30-40 percent, you are just making orders for that price

if for myself if the coin I hold is soaring, I will quickly sell it because I don't want to miss a good opportunity especially when market conditions like this are still difficult for me to benefit

It is imperative to be prepared for this moment. Obviously, selling the coin at or near the peak is the best strategy, but you must place the correct pending orders.

Although it a matter of individual choices, but for me it depends on the project, also it depends if am in profit or not. If am in profit, I sell and invest in another potential coin. If am not in profit, I might cut losses and invest in other projects, but if the project is viable, then I will hold till am in profit.

I have had many coins that showed exponential growth at one point when I was holding them. PRL and UFR probably the best examples. I sold, but unfortunately, the FOMO struck me and I bought back in. Shouldn't have done that. When a coin of yours makes an awesome growth, sell it and take out some money.

If it goes up quickly I usually sold 50-75% of my portfolio and wait to buy back for possible correction and usually it works but still it depends in market condition just always be vigilant in every action you take to avoid being FOMO.
