Why we need another one? Why it's better and promising?

Sounds good if they can deliver, but according to their roadmap the full version will be released in Q2 this year. If it's not out in the next 6 weeks then the roadmap is a failure. As it is still in ICO stage i can't see that happening

Never heard of this Exchange before but I think IM Going to check it out looks promising but how sure are you its safe?

It looks good, but how it will actually be a big question.
If what is written is true, anonymous and safe, I think that in today's conditions there will be good demand. But traders need a good trading volume.
