Another tip (got it from another forum member):

Use your Gmail account. Let's say my Gmail account is bitcointalk@gmail.com. You can place a '.' anywhere and Gmail will still recognise it as your original account. So you can fill in your email address 3 times (bitcointalk@gmail.com, b.itcointalk@gmail.com and bi.tcointalk@gmail.com). You will receive 3 codes in your bitcointalk@gmail.com inbox. You can redeem 3 codes a month, so you'll have 3 years for free, and get 3 more next month.

I just did it.  It might be worth noting that people don't need to "check" the box on the page.  That's only if you want to receive spam from Skype, which I don't.
